Warranty

At Vander Industries, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. This warranty outlines the coverage we provide, what is included, and how to request service if an issue arises.

Coverage

Vander Industries warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [X years / months] from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

If a product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product or defective component
  • Provide an equivalent replacement
  • Issue a credit where repair or replacement is not feasible

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or performance issues resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Accidents, impact, or environmental exposure outside normal operating conditions
  • Use outside intended applications or specifications
  • Shipping damage not reported at time of delivery
  • Consumable or wear components unless defective upon arrival

Any product altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vander Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use
  • Loss of productivity
  • Downtime costs
  • Labor or installation expenses
  • Business interruption

Our total liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or value of the original product.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer or job site, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Replacement parts or repaired components may be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or [X days], whichever is longer.

How to Request Warranty Service

Do not return any product without prior authorization.

Return & Inspection

If a return is required for warranty evaluation:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before shipping
  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved
  • All returned items are subject to inspection to confirm warranty eligibility

Warranty coverage will be determined after inspection.
