Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vander Industries is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other third parties.
4.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our shipping facility.

Returns & Warranty
5.1 Returns
Unless a return is expressly authorized, all sales are final. Products may only be returned if approved in writing by Vander Industries. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping charges may apply.

Products may carry manufacturer warranties; you agree to follow the relevant warranty procedures. Except where prohibited by applicable law, Vander Industries expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
